Strawberry Cream Pie
3 oz Cream Cheese
½ c powdered sugar
½ tsp vanilla
Cream together and gradually add ½ pint of whipping cream and beat until stiff. Pour into a baked pie crust ( I also really like it with a Graham Cracker crust). Cool and top with strawberry Danish Dessert with Strawberries added.

This is a dessert I have to have every spring! I LOVE it - the picture isn't pretty, but it does taste good, believe me.
