Wanted: Thai sauce

We had stir fry tonight and John Paul mentioned he'd like me to find a recipe for an Eastern sauce. Not Chinese or Japanese, though. So, I'm thinking a thai sauce. Any ideas?

Oh, and FYI, the frozen stir fry vegetables from Hyvee are really good. This plus meat, sauce, and couscous makes for a fast supper.

I've made a few breakfast casseroles in my day, and just haven't been able to find one that's quite right. I don't think I'm too picky, I just don't want any weird stuff in it. If you have an awesome breakfast casserole recipe, I beg of you to share it with me. I would love to try it.
