Wheat Bread (scones, fry bread)

3 c. warm water
½ Tbs. salt
½ cup honey
¼ cup oil
½ c sugar
6 Tbs. potatoe flakes
1 Heaping Tbs. yeast

Combine above ingredients

Add 2 c. flour until combined
Add 3 c. flour
Mix on speed 2, 5-10minutes
Mix on low, gradually add 3-4 more cups flour until bowl is clean
Let rise for bread.

Roll out for scones, or for indian tacos.

To avoid a doughy scone, let them rise on the counter before you fry them.

This recipe is actually from a girl that used to live in our ward. Rebecca Duncan if any of you know her. She had us over for dinner once and made navajo tacos. The scones were so amazing, so I asked her for the recipe. You probably won't use the whole recipe for scones, so you bake the bread at 350 for greased pan for 20-25 min. until golden brown.
