Lemon Poppyseed Cake

This is the dessert I make when I want and fast and easy cake.  It is way good.

1 lemon cake mix

1 pkg. instant lemon pudding

4 Tbsp. poppy seeds

4 eggs

1/2 cup oil

1 cup water

2 tsp. almond extract

Mix all together and pour into greased bundt pan.  Bake 350 for 35-40 min. or until toothpick comes out clean.  Remove from oven and pour glaze right into bundt pan and let sit until cool.  Then turn upright carefully.   

Glaze: 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1 T. water, 3/4 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
