Salad, Campfire Cooking, & June Bug drink

I've been trying a lot of different recipes from magazine clips and I thought this was a great (and different) salad. It was a $400 winner recipe in Better Homes & Gardens:):

And last, but not least, a lovely yummy drink to cool you down in this very hot heat (btw--family fun magazine this month has lots of good recipes for this same idea: creamsicle slushy, blueberry & lemon ices. etc:):

June Bug

3 cups ginger ale

4 Tbsp. grenadine (found by the alcohol)

4 Tbsp. orange juice

3 scoops orange sherbet

Blend together ginger ale, grenadine, orange juice, and sherbet. Pour into ice-filled cocktail glasses. Enjoy!
