Speaking of Waffles, Matt has been making these waffles for me the last few months. It all started one sunday when my back went out... anyway, they are easy (why Matt can make them) and taste great!
French Toast Waffles
1 cup waffle mix
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup cold milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Heat waffle iron. In a large mixing bowl, combine waffle mix, sugar and cinnamon. Stir in milk, eggs and vanilla extract.
Spray preheated waffle iron with nonstick cooking spray. Pour mix onto hot waffle iron. Cook until golden brown. Serve hot.
