Caramel Sauce

I just made this caramel sauce because I wanted to make that symphony bar apple dip but didn't have the caramel and this is by far the best caramel sauce I've ever had. I read the comments and added the 1 Tbsp. corn syrup, and the butter and sea salt. It takes patience, but definitely tastes out of this world. Would probably be awesome on top of apple pie or cake too.
